Bethesda Update - Studley Home

We have taken the decision to temporarily close the Studley Home to visiting following notification of a positive COVID-19 test result for a member of staff this morning (Saturday 23rd). The individual has been sent home to await the results of a confirmatory PCR (swab) test. In the meantime, the residents have been asked to remain in their rooms and staff will be taking Lateral Flow Tests (a.k.a. rapid test) every day for seven days before they commence work. This is in line with government guidance following receipt of a positive test result.
We pray for the welfare of the residents, the member of staff concerned, the Home Manager and each member of her team.
If you have any questions, please contact Adrian Topping at or on the office land line.
